Minimum qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience managing a digital presence on behalf of a brand, organization or public figure.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA, Master's or other advanced degree.

Experience initiating and driving new initiatives in civics, media or brand development.

Experience in digital video production and distribution.

Ability to communicate and influence externally, including public speaking and presentations.

Political understanding and interest in working across political lines.

Demonstrated strategic consultation and analytical skills with a range of external stakeholders. About the job

From working with politicians and their staff on building a YouTube presence to supporting the development of our civics outreach strategy, you will be tasked with demonstrating YouTube’s value as a destination for civic engagement. As a Strategic Partner Manager for Civics Content Partnerships, you will work to drive adoption of YouTube with politicians, conveying the value of the platform to connect with constituents and voters.

Drive adoption of YouTube by conveying the value of the platform in helping politicians achieve their goals.

Provide high-touch, consultative support to politicians and their staff.

Support the development of YouTube’s civics outreach strategy in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Public Policy, Product, Communications, Marketing and Legal.

Create and deploy YouTube best practices for politicians, rooted in a deep understanding of effective digital outreach strategies.
