The Texas-based sushi, ramen, and tea group Ninja Legend is about to add two Dallas-area locations to its growing statewide portfolio.

The restaurant brand already has a big presence in the state, with four restaurants across Arlington and Fort Worth (Royal Tea, Ninja Ramen, and Ninja Sushi & Grill). Ninja Kitchen will debut first at 150 East Broad Street, Suite 130 in Mansfield, with a grand opening tentatively scheduled for Friday, June 14. Ninja Kitchen — a new brand for the budding restaurant group — bills itself as a Japanese-Asian fusion eatery but plans to lean more heavily on Japanese selections. Expect a “soft” opening period to kick off at the start of June.

Ninja Ramen, opening at 111 West Spring Creek Parkway Suite 102, will trail Ninja Kitchen’s opening by a few weeks, set to arrive by early July. Expect the same menu as its inaugural Arlington location, with a few more surprises sprinkled in. Think ramen, udon, rice bowls, poke, sushi, and Japanese beer and liquor. Other offerings at the five-year-old outpost in Arlington location, covered in ninja-inspired artwork, reclaimed wood and benches that run the length of the space, include gyoza, grilled squid, and shrimp tempura.

Stay tuned for an official opening date for Ninja Ramen.
