Maryland Youth Tobacco and Risk Behavior Survey The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene will release printed reports on the results of the combined Youth Tobacco and Risk Behavior Survey (YTRBS) in the fall of every odd calendar year. One report will be specific to tobacco-use behaviors and the second on the Youth Risk Behavior Survey findings generally.
