A Caritas Corona-Helpline has been launched to help those who, in the current situation, are experiencing difficulties paying for groceries, bills, rent and debts.
With the ongoing pandemic affecting employment across the board, many have been struggling to make ends meet. While some companies have reduced hours to part-time, others have been forced to close entirely, with their employees falling into financial difficulty.
Caritas has launched a helpline to provide households with advice, guidance and financial assistance, for those who have no longer been able to cope since the crisis began. Consultation is available in ten different languages, and Caritas can also be contacted via email.
