The Metropolitan Council and MnDOT are hosting a series of workshops to explore how connected and automated vehicles (CAV) could change transportation and life in Minnesota in the next 20-years. While these technologies hold the potential for far reaching benefits and impacts, there is still a lot of uncertainty about exactly when, how fast and in what form these technology will occur in Minnesota. The goal of these workshops is to get insight on how different CAV futures may impact Minnesotans and to develop approaches for the benefit of people across the region and state. The workshops will inform future regional and statewide planning efforts.

Buetow Auditorium is easily accessed by Metro Transit route 21 and is a 10 minute walk from the Hamline Avenue Green Line METRO Station.

The Metropolitan Council is easily accessed by many downtown St. Paul Metro Transit bus routes and is less than a 5 minute walk from the METRO Green Line Central Station.
