Please feel free to contact us using this online contact form.  This form can be used to make constituent services complaints, offer comments, commendations, or for requests for general information.  Please note that the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) Customer Contact Center agents may be reached at 1-877-423-4746 and are available to answer calls during the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM.  Automated Self-Service case information can be obtained 24 hours a day and can answer questions such as status of case, balance information, and renewal status.

DFCS ensures that persons, advocates, and all other parties who seek to or are receiving services from DFCS may file complaints, comments/suggestions, commendations and requests for general information. No person is to be retaliated against or denied services for submitting an inquiry to DFCS.  All inquiries will be reviewed and investigated in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
