Interfaith Outreach Rental Assistance Application
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are not first-come-first-served. All applicants will be required to complete a intake interview with an Interfaith staff member over the phone.

Interfaith has multiple sources of funding for our rental assistance program with varying criteria and answering “yes” to all of the eligibility guidelines does not guarantee rent assistance.

Households are eligible irrespective of immigration or documentation status.

The amount of assistance provided will depend on the individual needs, income and expenses of each household and access to additional resources.

Payments will be made directly to the rental property owner.

To be eligible, applicants must meet all the following requirements:
• Live in Hamel, Independence, Long Lake, Loretto, Maple Plain, Medicine Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono or Wayzata.

• Have lost income (from self-employment or any other source) due to the COVID-19 emergency

• Have lost income (from self-employment or any other source) due to the COVID-19 emergency
