To view and participate in these virtual offices hours on your smartphone, download the “ZOOM Cloud Meetings” app in any app store or visit www.zoom.us. 12 | Everyone is welcome to come to the office hours, whether you signed up or not. Signing up below gives you dedicated time to discuss your questions and ideas. Participants who do not sign up are welcome to listen to the conversation, and if time allows may have a chance to ask their own questions. In the Zoom virtual meetings, participants will be muted except during their dedicated time. The chat function in the Zoom virtual meetings is limited to chatting with the meeting host; please use the chat to address technical issues or to alert the host that you would like time to discuss a question. The Zoom meetings are recorded, and we will post a meeting summary along with the audio recording to the Zoning Redesign project web site following each session. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
