ISO/Q Caseworker

Marathon is currently hiring Caseworkers to work at Cashman Field, located in the downtown Las Vegas. We are seeking reliable/dependable, compassionate employees for this position.


Job Requirements:

Provides case management to patients accepted into the ISO-Q Acute Observation Facility to develop a plan to address their needs and help them attain self-sufficiency. Connect patients with clinical and social enhancing services needed to improve overall wellness. Schedules appointments with various service providers and coordinates transportation services. Track patient services and progress in HMIS.


Supervision Received
Receives supervision from the complex manager.


Essential Functions:

• Conducts intake and/or exit interviews and assesses patient needs;
• Provides case management and mental health support services;
• Maintain accurate data, provide service referrals, facilitate all necessary appointments;
• Monitors and updates patient progress, provide direct supportive services, and develops treatment plans;
• Ensures all patient data and treatment is entered into HMIS.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping patient information confidential.
• Assists with patient exiting the facility and referral and other care coordination duties.


Experience and Training
Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness preferred.


Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Position requires frequent standing, walking, twisting, and bending.

Location: Cashman Field Complex.
Safety Equipment: Face masks and gloves as needed.

Employment may be contingent upon the following:

Must pass a background check (criminal record check and/or fingerprinted)
Must pass a drug screening
