Business licensing is open. The Development Services Center is open to the public without an appointment, however, an appointment is strongly encouraged.  You can email license@lasvegasnevada.gov or call 702-229-6281. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are experiencing high call volumes, so there may be long wait times.

The City has taken several steps to ease the burdens on businesses that have been forced to close during the emergency order.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP

We are continuing to allow curbside pick-up for retailers, including alcohol, cannabis, and smoke shops.  Retailers wising to do curbside service must comply with the NV OSHA requirements, CDC Guidelines and the Curbside Commerce Safety Protocols issued by the Nevada Health Response.  Read the guidelines.

Cannabis retail businesses wising to do curbside service must comply with the Department of Taxation in conjunction with the Cannabis Compliance Board, NV OSHA requirements, CDC Guidelines and the Curbside Commerce Safety Protocols issued by the Nevada Health Response.  Learn more.
