Join MDC staff for a hands-on catfishing experience. Topics will include catfish biology and habitats, fishing rules & regulations, alternative fishing methods, and fish cleaning and preparation. Participants will be fishing from MDC boats. Everyone attending must possess a valid Missouri fishing license. Personal floatation devices will be provided and must be worn while on the boats. For youth ages 11-17. Each student must be accompanied by an adult sponsor. Both adults and children must register. This is a two day event. For directions, use the coordinates 37.529486, -93.804417.
