I am a Watercolor Artist. On most days you could find me in my Studio for at least some part of the day or night. So I paint alot! Painting is my enjoyment, my passion kind of like my golf game. I use only high quality, heavy weight 140 lb Arches paper and professional grade Graham, Rembrandt and Smith watercolor paints.

I sell my Paintings through ETSY, Art Shows , directly to individuals who seek out my Art on the Internet and through personal referrals. They have been bought by collectors across the United States, and hang prominently in homes, corporate offices, and public places; even purchased by a TV Show.

The US State Department selected two (2) of my paintings as the covers for their quarterly English Teaching publications published worldwide.

I ship ART THE SAME OR day after your order.

THERE IS NO SHIPPING CHARGE ADDED TO YOUR PURCHASE over $34. Shipping is thru USPS, insured, tracked and packed with great care to arrive to you safely.

DROP SHIPPING TO A FRIEND OR RELATIVE?
I can drop ship a piece of art directly to a relative or friend in a location other than yours, to save on some shipping costs for you. And I will advise you when the shipment is made. You could provide me with a note to add to the shipment.

RETURNS
If a painting is damaged when you receive it, please notify me within 2 days by message, with photos of the damaged shipping container. I will work with the USPS to correct this issue. You will be made whole. Otherwise returns are accepted if first approved by me and the painting is received by me within 14 days from your receipt. Buyer will pay the return shipping costs. The painting must be in its original condition with no damage, pet, smoke or other odors.

CUSTOM WATERCOLOR PAINTINGS?
I do plenty of custom paintings and enjoy the interesting stories behind the requests. You may want a favorite vacation photograph or scene painted. I can do this for you.
Prices depend on the amount of detail, complexity, size, time frame and amount of interface.

HOW IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE HANDLED WITH PURCSASES?
Shipping and handling charges are free with purchases over $34. ALSO, unlike many Shops on ouline buying, my painting prices are not inflated to cover shipping charges. Honest!

HOW CAN I OFFER PAINTINGS FOR THE PRICES I DO?
The Art I sell are my originally painted Watercolors (although I do have a few prints of my paintings for sale). I do not have a high overhead, so therefore I can offer very good value for my prices. Further, I do not depend on selling my paintings to "put food on our table", so my art prices can be much more reasonable. And they are, I believe!

HOW QUICKLY DO I SHIP PURCHASED ART?
I will ship your Art order the same or day after you make your purchase, by USPS.

HOW IS ART PACKAGED FOR SHIPMENT?
My Art is packed either in flat cardboard envelopes or cardboard mailing tubes, depending on the size. Normally the larger art is mailed in a tube, since I have found large flat packages are more prone to damage in shipment.

WHAT ABOUT TRACKING AND INSURANCE?
Included with your order are shipment tracking and insurance, so if anything happens to your shipment it is covered. BTW, the Postal service has never lost a shipment from me,

WHAT ABOUT PAINTING SALES?
Occasionally I will offer discounted prices on my Paintings. AGAIN, unlike many other online shops, I do not inflate my prices before offering a sale. The prices remain as always---then the discount is taken from those prices.

WHO IS "WATERcolorARTbyROSIE"?
This name was chosen to honor my Wife Rosalie,who has been my inspiration and critic. I am the Artist- PETER KUNDRA . No one paints watercolors for me. They are all mine!

DO I EMPLOY "OTHERS" IN MY ESTY SHOP?
No. All painting,marketing,shipping and other normal activities are directly handled by me. In this way I can control the quality and the outcome of my efforts.

WHERE AM I LOCATED?
I reside in Bucks County Pennsylvania., not very far from the Artist Community of New Hope. This area has a sound and historic cultural foundation. Folks such as Hammerstein,Kaufman,Redfield,Paul Whiteman,Garber , to name a few, all resided in Bucks County at one time or another.

WHO AM I?
I specialize in only Watercolor Paintings. My offerings are the originally painted (by me) pieces. While I do offer prints of some of my paintings. I prefer to deal with my ORIGINALS.
