The San Francisco service provides additional, critical nonstop flights to the West Coast, which will boost the region’s strong business ties and provide an important United connection to Asia,” said Joe Nardone, president & CEO of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority.

The flight is the sixth nonstop location from Columbus serviced by United, according to a statement. The Columbus International Airport has 150 daily departures and 40 destinations.
“Our new service from Columbus to San Francisco is timed to connect customers to our largest international bank at San Francisco International Airport,” said Janet Lamkin, United’s President of California. “The flights offer dozens of new travel options for customers traveling from Columbus and even more nonstop choices for Bay Area residents.”
