Scoping Session

Scoping session to discuss the implications of the Safely Surrendered Baby (SSB) Law to the right of Indian Children through the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). Recently, it has come to our attention that there are conflicts between these two laws and we would like to better understand what is happening in the field and determine possible solutions to resolve this issue.
