Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

As of March 31 2023, this page will no longer be updated regularly. Summary information on COVID-19 and other conditions under public health surveillance can be found at www.gov.bm/health-information.

On May 5, 2023, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared that COVID-19 is now an established and ongoing health issue which no longer constitutes a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC).

Everyone still has a role to play in preventing the spread of COVID-19 by practicing everyday prevention measures like frequent hand washing, staying home when sick and covering coughs and sneezes.

Everyone should also do their best to stay healthy. For health promotion resources, please visit: https://www.gov.bm/health-promotion
