Jefferson Lines Celebrates Veterans Day

This Veterans Day, Jefferson Lines is excited to announce its 8th Annual Free Veterans Travel event. From November 11 to November 23, 2022, all military members of past and present can travel free on any Jefferson Lines route across our 14-state network. As a company that has supported our veterans from the start, Jefferson Lines is proud to honor those who have served (and those who serve today) by making it possible for them to be home with their loved ones this holiday season. 

This offer is open to all branches of the military, including: 

  • Air Force, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard 
  • Army, Army Reserve, Army National Guard
  • Coast Guard, Coast Guard Reserve 
  • Marine Corps, Marine Corps Reserve 
  • Navy, Navy Reserve 

To Qualify:

Veterans and active military members must obtain tickets in-person at a Jefferson Lines-owned depot by showing their DD 214 Form/appropriate military ID and a personal ID, such as a driver’s license.

Veterans and active military members can obtain these free tickets anytime from November 1, 2022 through November 11, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Free tickets are available for travel departing on November 11th through November 23rd for both one-way and round-trip tickets. Veterans and active military members with roundtrip tickets are welcome to return at a later date anytime through December 31, 2022. 

Restrictions Apply:

This promotion is limited to Jefferson Lines schedules only. There is no rain check for this promotion and it is subject to seating availability. Limit one (1) ticket (one-way or round-trip) request per Veteran or Active Military. All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Trip must begin on November 11th through November 23, 2022. Return trip must occur before or on December 31, 2022. Veterans and active military members must have their DD 214 Form/military ID and personal ID (such as a driver’s license) readily available if asked for verification during travel.
