Community Check-In Resources

Welcome to this quick survey!

Let's build and strengthen our community check-in networks! Please take a few minutes and describe any resources and best practices that you think are worthy of implementation across California. Specifically, we are looking for activities your organization has successfully implemented to ensure that older and vulnerable adult populations stay connected to their communities during the COVID-19 outbreak.

The California Department of Aging will compile and organize your resource links and examples so that they can be shared across our aging and older adult networks in one consolidated space, www.EngageCa.gov/check-in.

Thank you!
